Schedule for Upcoming Music Festivals. 

2010

Austin City Limits (ACL) – October 8-10 2010

ACL is relatively new but has already gained a significant following.  It started as a TV show run at UT.

2011

South by Southwest (SXSW or SouthBy) – March 11 – 20 ,2011

The music portion runs from March 16-20.  The Film portion of SXSW runs from March16-20th.

Old Settlers Music Festival – April 14-17th, 2011

This festival has folk, acoustic jass and blues.   Its a smaller festival than ACL or SXSW so if you are are looking for something a little more low key this is a good one to check out

Eeyores Birthday Party Aprile 30th, 2011

In 1963 some Austinities decided to hold a birthday party for Eeyore (from Winnie the Pooh).  Its been happening every year since then.  Not exactly a music fest although there is a lot of music from bands to drum circles.
